How it started
It Started With One Bag Tag
I'm Kevin - British, living on the Costa del Sol, and the reason The Digital Chaos exists is genuinely small: my son plays basketball at CAB Estepona, and I made him a personalised bag tag.
Then his teammates wanted one. Then their parents asked about shirt tags. By the end of the season, I'd made bag tags, shirt tags, framed shirt displays, trophies and medals for the whole club - and realised I'd accidentally started a business.
Why Bespoke
Because Off-the-Shelf Never Fits
A trophy from a catalogue looks like everyone else's trophy. A shirt display that isn't in your actual club colours misses the point entirely. I got into this because I kept seeing gaps - moments that deserved something made specifically for them, not picked from a shelf.
Every piece I make starts from nothing. Your club, your colours, your name, your story - designed around that, not adapted from a template.
The Workshop
Not a Print Farm. A Workshop.
Everything's printed in-house on Bambu Lab machines with full multicolour capability - no outsourcing, no third-party print run. But the printer's only half the job. Every piece gets hand-finished, checked on the bench, and if it's not right, it doesn't go out. That's not a slogan, it's just how a one-person workshop has to work - my name's on every piece that leaves here.
I can also embed NFC chips into pieces - tap a phone against a trophy or a frame and it opens a video, a message, a team page. Small detail, but it turns a static object into something that does something.

The Digital Chaos is based in Estepona, and that's not just a line on a footer - it means I can meet a club face to face, turn a rush order around without shipping delays, and actually be in the stands when the piece I made gets handed over. From Málaga to Gibraltar, if you're a local club or team, there's a good chance I already know someone who plays for you.
I also ship further afield - across Spain, the EU and the UK - for anyone who wants something bespoke without the local visit.
